    Description
    BeBee Professionals is looking for a Support Analyst to join our team in Brampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and internal teams.


    The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in a technical support role.

    The candidate should also have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, as well as experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving.


    The Support Analyst will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical support to internal teams.

    The successful candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
