    Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Account Executive in our Halifax, NS office. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing a book of business and acting as an advisor to foster valued relationships with our commercial clients.     • Motivated to succeed and grow a book of business, along with a proven track record of customer acquisitions

    • Deep understanding and solid knowledge of Commercial Lines
    • Minimum 5 years' Commercial Lines experience and Insurance Broker Level 2 License
    • Bonus Working towards or completion of CAIB / CIP designation

    • Cultivate client relationships by providing a consistently exceptional client experience from sales to service
    • Uncover challenges and analyze the risks to prioritize the product/ service requirements
    • Develop marketing submissions, proposals and summaries of insurance programs and negotiate best terms and conditions on behalf of our clients
