    Description

    Our client, a large energy provider,is looking to hire a Financial Analystto their team for an initial 6month contract with possibility to extend further.

    This role will be responsible for the preparation of the interim and annual Consolidated Financial Statements

    Responsible for the preparation of the interim and annual Consolidated Financial Statements
    Assist with the review of the quarterly and annual Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) and Supplemental Information.
    Ensure adequate internal controls over financial reporting are in place.
    Excellent knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and Continuous Disclosure requirements for a public company
    Experience with Wdesk and an ERP system (SAP) is preferred
    Internal controls over financial reporting - strong understanding of internal control framework
    Strong computer skills including Microsoft
