    We are seeking a motivated and talented B2B Business Development Associate to join our team. As a B2B Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

    Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers within targeted industries.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective strategies for business development.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue forecasts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and best practices in business development.
  • Qualifications:

  • Post Secondary Education
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
