    En tant que Coordinateur(trice) RH, votre mission consistera à coordonner les expériences de nos employés, à soutenir les opérations RH et à assurer la gestion administrative. Rattaché(e) au Global Head Talent & Culture à Montréal, vous travaillerez également aux côtés d'une équipe RH composée de deux personnes à Paris ainsi que d'une Chef de Projet RH à Montréal.
    Potloc est une entreprise de 200 personnes avec des bureaux basés à Montréal, New York et Paris.
    Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes de Montréal et de New York et serez au cœur des opérations RH et responsable du bon fonctionnement des processus tels que :
    Assurer une intégration cinq étoiles en veillant à la réalisation de toutes les tâches nécessaires (création de contrats, intégration RH)

    • Gérer l'inscription des employés aux programmes d'avantages sociaux et répondre à leur demandes sur le sujet

    • Émettre des lettres de modification de contrat et préparer des certificats de travail au besoin

    • Soutenir les demandes d'immigration et maintenir la relation avec nos prestataires en immigration

    • Mettre en place des initiatives pour maintenir l'engagement des employés : planifier et organiser divers événements, y compris des activités de team building

    • Assurer le support quotidien de la gestion des bureaux

    • Répondre aux tickets soumis par les employés sur divers sujets (avantages sociaux, paie, SIRH, etc.)
    Opérations RH et conformité (20 %)

    • Garantir l'exactitude des informations personnelles, des avantages sociaux et de l'historique professionnel

    • Obtenir les approbations pour le travail à distance et faciliter la logistique

    • Préparer les rapports pour le cycle de paie bi-mensuelle

    • LES QUALITÉS REQUISES

    • 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la coordination des ressources humaines /rôle généraliste, de préférence au sein d'une start-up ou dans un environnement en croissance rapide

    • Licence en gestion des ressources humaines ou certifications/expérience équivalente

    • Connaissance des systèmes d'information sur les ressources humaines (SIRH) et des systèmes de paie

    • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français

    PROCESSUS DE RECRUTEMENT

    Increase our ability to survey niche audiences.

    • As our HR Coordinator, your mission will be to orchestrate seamless employee experiences, supporting HR operations and owning all of HR administration. In addition, you will be working alongside a two-people HR team in Paris and an HR Project Manager in Montréal.
    You will work closely with our Montréal and New York teams and will be at the heart of HR operations and responsible for the smooth operation of processes such as:
    Guarantee a 5 star onboarding experience by ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed (contract creation, HR onboarding)

    • Issue contract change letters and prepare proof of employment letters

    • Support immigration requests and relationship with our Immigration providers

    • Lead Employee engagement initiatives : plan and execute various events, including team-building activities

    • Support Office management day to day

    • HR Operations and Compliance (20%)

    • Secure approvals for remote work arrangements and facilitate logistics.

    • Prepare the reports for the bi-weekly pay cycle

    • Help us ensure compliance with regulations and manage declarations (OQLF, Équité Salariale...).
    2-3 years years of experience in HR coordination/generalist role, ideally in a start-up or fast-growth environment

    • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent certifications or experience

    • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.

    • Full proficiency in both English and French
