    Description

    Tremco Construction Products Group brings together various brands under its umbrella across North America, providing a range of innovative solutions for sustainable construction.

    Tremco Nudura, a leading brand in Insulated Concrete Forms, is currently seeking a Technical Sales Representative for Eastern Ontario.

    The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales and building relationships with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the region.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Achieves or exceeds sales goals
    • Explores new business opportunities
    • Manages accounts for growth and development
    • Drives product specifications
    • Builds strong partnerships with customers
    • Prepares strategic business plans
    • Follows a standard sales process
    • Delivers high-quality technical collateral
    • Utilizes technology for productivity
    • Attends industry events
    • Maintains product knowledge
    • Adheres to company policies
    • Performs other related duties

    Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or Construction Management with 2-3 years of experience
    • High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of industry experience

      • Experience:

      • 4-10 years of construction industry experience
      • Customer service experience preferred
      • Knowledge of construction practices and materials
      • Basic knowledge of product chemistries
      • Insulated Concrete Forms experience a plus

      Other Skills and Abilities:

      • Willingness to travel
      • Strong organizational and communication skills
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      • Ability to understand and manage emotions effectively
      • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
      • Capacity to deliver exceptional customer service

      This position offers a competitive salary range of $82, $106,600.00 plus performance-based incentive bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, retirement savings, and more.
