    • BUSINESS ANALYST ( month contract)
    Location: Remote
    Staffing Placement Opportunity

    Responsibilities include:

  • Participating in planning, development, testing, and deployment activities with NTT and business areas.
  • Serving as a liaison between DPPE portfolios and NTT support teams.
  • Creating and maintaining a list of applications running on Windows requiring testing on the new OS.
  • Contacting vendors to assess application supportability and compatibility with Windows .
  • Collaborating with NTT and FH Device Engineering teams on system changes and software packaging.
  • Scheduling stakeholder meetings, creating requests in ServiceNow, and managing migration groups.
  • Monitoring potential impacts and providing technical assistance to the Project Manager.
  • Coordinating and assisting in creating test cases for application migration.

    • Key Deliverables:

  • Report on devices successfully migrated to Windows .
  • Report on devices requiring Microsoft ESU due to application dependencies.
  • List of devices/applications unable to upgrade with justifications and sign-off from application owners.

    • Specific Qualifications or Experience Required:

  • Business engagement and analysis experience.
  • Experience with desktop operating system upgrades.
  • Technical proficiency with Windows .
  • Familiarity with group policies and software packaging.
  • Understanding of image creation, Tiered application lists, and driver/firmware tasks.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and PM tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
