- Create HR solutions in areas including, but not limited to, performance management, career planning, development & coaching, workforce planning, policy interpretation, process improvement, and change implementation.
- HR advisor on all areas of Human Resources; support and act as a liaison between associates and leadership.
- Strategically partners with the business for workforce and succession planning and supports the recruitment process with the talent acquisition team.
- Assist associates with corporate resources and information on benefits, payroll, etc.
- Engage in other HR activities and special projects as assigned.
- The HR Business Partner is an integral part of the HR function for Mold-Masters and is responsible for leading and managing strategic HR support for the business.
- University degree in Business, or Human Resources.
- Minimum of 8 years of solid hands-on working experience in a dynamic HR environment, in the manufacturing field.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at various levels.
- Ability to think and execute independently.
- A strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and excellent organizational skills are required.
- Skilled multi-level communicator.
- CHRP or SPHR, OR PHR required.
- Experience with expatriates.
- Knowledge of Workday.
