    • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
    • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

    Work Setting:

    • Restaurant

    Tasks:

    • - Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • - Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
    • - Hire food service staff
    • - Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • - Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • - Establish work schedules

    Supervision:

    • Kitchen and food service helpers
