    Join our dynamic business development team as a Manager of Origination, a pivotal role in our rapidly growing company. We're seeking a seasoned deal sourcing professional with over 5 years of demonstrable experience, ready to drive impactful change within the entrepreneurial sphere of M&A and corporate investing.

    Role Overview:

    As Manager of Origination, your primary responsibility is to cultivate and nurture opportunities for our M&A advisory team. Your days will be spent actively identifying and engaging with promising business owners and operators, both outbound and client-facing. This role demands focus, determination, and a proactive approach to handling both inbound and outbound leads.

    Key Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proven ability to effectively engage and influence prospects via phone and email, building trust over time.
    • Capacity to manage your own pipeline and strategically move opportunities towards closure.
    • Exceptional documentation skills to accurately record and analyze interactions with prospects.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Highly organized with a natural curiosity and eagerness to learn.
    • Business acumen, adept at asking pertinent questions and actively listening.
    • Familiarity with mergers & acquisitions and capital markets, coupled with sector-specific knowledge, is advantageous.
