    Remote – Anywhere in British Columbia or Alberta, Canada

To accomplish this end, we are partnering with communities to implement the Leader in Me process and make leadership a part of every child's education experience.

    As an Education Business Development Partner in the Education Division at FranklinCovey, your primary responsibility is to drive business growth and promote FranklinCovey's educational products and services in a designated territory or market segment.

    Create an on-going business development and brand awareness strategy fora list of target schools utilizing assets and experiences created by education marketing.

    Researchtarget school districts, decision makers,andinfluencerstocreate prospecting strategies.
    Build outaccounts in Salesforce (CRM) with new leads and contactsto populate touchpoint campaigns.
    Utilize a combination ofcalls, emails, social media,marketing,and automated systems tocontactengaged prospects.
    Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field.

    1+ years working in Education K-12.
    ~1+ years in a sales, marketing, or lead generation role.
    ~ Master's degree in education, business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field.
    ~ Experience working with a CRM, preferably Salesforce and sales automation systems such as
    ~ Familiarity with the industry and market dynamics relevant to FranklinCovey solutions is a plus. Understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape helps in identifying growth opportunities.
    ~ Communication and Relationship Building:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfortability interacting with prospects via phone, chat, and other methods
    ~ Anticipated compensation for this position is $60-63k CAD base salary plus $7k variable pay. Actual offer may be outside of this range and will be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
