    Description
    Project Manager (HCM Implementation)
    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in HCM (Human Capital Management) implementation.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience managing projects related to HCM systems, particularly Fusion .

    This role involves overseeing the successful implementation and migration of HCM solutions, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to project timelines and budgets.


    Terms: 1-year contract (with strong likelihood to extend or convert to permanent position)

    Location: 100% Remote

    Lead end-to-end project implementation initiatives related to HCM systems.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, milestones, and timelines.
    Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
    Coordinate project activities, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
    Act as a point of escalation for project-related concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    Collaborate with other Project Managers to optimize resource allocation across critical projects.
    Ensure compliance with project management best practices and methodologies.
    Provide regular status updates and reports to senior leadership.
    Minimum 10 years' experience managing projects, specifically in HCM implementation.
    Proficiency in managing Fusion projects or similar HCM systems.
    Familiarity with payroll processes, time and leave management, and other HCM functions.
    Experience working with large-scale payroll systems (e.g., PMP certification is beneficial for effective project organization.
