    We are currently seeking a qualified *Residential Building Manager* for one of our residential properties.

    • Supervising cleaners and ensuring cleanliness of facility & grounds,
    • Supervising maintenance staff and repairs of units,
    • Prepare, show & lease units,
    • On-call every 2nd weekend and select week-nights,
    • Other building duties as required.
    *Residential property management experience,

    • Comfortable with managing a team and projects,
    • Computer skills (Microsoft Suite/Yardi/Outlook),
    • Maintenance skills (basic repairs, painting, and cleaning),
