    Description

    a leading Managed Service Provider with a strong nationwide presence, is seeking an experienced HR Professional to join our Human Resources team.

    Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role will oversee the management of HR systems, streamline processes, and lead training initiatives.

    The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of HR operations and ensuring compliance across multiple locations, including Vancouver, Edmonton, Toronto, and Montreal.


    HR Systems Management:
    Take charge of ADP Workforce Now HRIS, engaging in both strategic planning and day-to-day administrative tasks.
    Lead the implementation and maintenance of HR systems to elevate data accuracy and system efficiency.
    Streamline HR processes to amplify operational efficiency and effectiveness.


    Training and Development:

    Collaborate to develop and deliver HR-related, systems driven training plan, with gap analysis by location for employees and managers.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and implement effective solutions.

    Day-to-Day HR Operations:

    Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
    Support timely and accurate processing of HR-related transactions, such as payroll changes, benefits enrollment, and leaves of absence.
    Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
    Administer employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management support.

    5 + years experience in an HR partner role, focusing on HR systems, process improvement, and day to day HR operations.

    ~ Excellent knowledge of HR technology platforms and tools.
    ~ Strong skills in Microsoft suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, Teams.
    ~ Experience developing training programs and systems lead training.
    ~ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or similar preferred.
    ~ HR Certification (CHRP) is an asset.
    ~ Bilingual in French and English.
    ~ This position is hybrid in nature with expectation to be onsite at the Groupe Access office on a semi regular basis.
