    This exciting new opportunity as a Inside Sales Representative is with a prominent electrical supply company in Ottawa. As the Inside Sales representative you put customer needs and experience first, while handling orders, pricing, and supporting the rest of the team

    Advantages

    • Pay rate from 46K to 58K (depending on experience)
    • Monday to Friday, no weekends
    • Hours from 6:303pm, or 73:30pm

    Responsibilities

    • Handle calls, emails, and walkins
    • Answer questions and advise on products
    • Handle customer requests; orders, billing, pricing, credits, escalations, claims
    • Participate in training sessions, tradeshows, branch and sales meetings
    • Support the account managers, and other sales teams
    • Communicate relevant information to the Branch Manager
    Qualifications

    • 13 years of inside sales experience
    • Electrical or Data and communications product knowledge is an asset
    • Excellent time management, and organizational skills
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • Strong willingness to learn
    • Excellent customer relationship building skills
    • Great conflict resolution abilities
