  • Développer et maintenir une connaissance solide et précise de bout en bout des processus et des procédures applicables.
  • Concevoir et développer des programmes de formation pour les clients externes et les membres de l'équipe interne.
  • Préparer des supports tels que des synapses de cours, des documents à distribuer, des guides et des vidéos.
  • Former les clients à l'utilisation de nos logiciels à l'aide de diverses plates-formes pendant toutes les phases de mise en œuvre.
  • Appliquer les nouvelles technologies pour dispenser les cours et améliorer l'expérience d'apprentissage des utilisateurs (par exemple, apprentissage à distance, CBT interactif, formation mixte), avec une compréhension approfondie des principes et des stratégies d'adoption numérique.
  • Fournir un soutien aux ventes et au marketing, de manière occasionnelle, en participant à des réunions de démonstration avec des clients potentiels
  • Comprendre et atteindre les objectifs de Harris Healthcare en matière de mise en œuvre, de revenus et de mesures de performance.
  • Travailler avec le chef de projet et l'équipe de projet pour évaluer les besoins en formation des clients et mettre à jour et affiner le matériel de formation actuel.
  • Participer au suivi des problèmes ou des escalades liés au projet et élaborer des stratégies de réponse et des actions pour résoudre les problèmes.
  • Autres tâches selon les besoins.
  • Compétences requises :

  • Des compétences supérieures en matière d'expression orale et écrite et de présentation sont requises.
  • Expérience de l'élaboration et de la présentation de matériel de formation dans une salle de classe pour adultes.
  • Expérience en conception pédagogique, y compris l'élaboration de programmes, la création de matériel de cours et la formulation d'exercices pour les approches d'apprentissage en ligne et avec instructeur.
  • Haut niveau de résolution de problèmes et compétences déductives.
  • Doit s'adapter à des situations variées et être polyvalent lors de mises en œuvre complexes avec des priorités et des objectifs variés.
  • Expérience avec Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Une expérience des modèles et principes éducatifs, tels que ADDIE, est un plus.
  • Expérience préalable des outils de création (Artculate, Camtasia, Captivate, etc.) et préférence pour les candidats ayant une expérience des plateformes ou méthodologies d'adoption numérique.
  • Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bilingue - français et anglais.
  • BS ou diplôme supérieur, en particulier dans un domaine clinique de préférence.
  • Expérience du flux de travail sur le marché québécois.
  • Expertise en matière de flux de travail dans le secteur de la santé, avec une maîtrise d'au moins un module ou un domaine majeur.
  • Expérience préalable dans l'installation de systèmes d'information sur la santé, de préférence avec une solide connaissance pratique des opérations hospitalières.
  • Harris Healthcare is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Training and Implementation Specialist.

    In this key role, we count on you to work closely with a cross-functional group of team members to design and develop training programs/curriculums, prepare materials such as course descriptions, handouts, guides, instructional videos and conduct customer trainings for new and experienced users.

    This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to customer success and to help prepare for the deployment of our next-generation EHR solution to our customers

    Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a solid and accurate end-to-end knowledge of applicable processes and procedures.
  • Design and develop training programs for external clients and internal team members.
  • Prepare materials such as course descriptions, handouts, guides, and videos.
  • Train customers in the use of our software using various platforms during all phases of implementation.
  • Apply new technologies to deliver courses and improve the learning experience for users e.g., distance learning, interactive CBT, blended training), with a keen understanding of digital adoption principles and strategies.
  • Provide sales and marketing support, on an occasional basis, by participating in Demo meetings with potential clients.
  • Understand and achieve Harris Healthcare's implementation, revenue, and performance measurement goals.
  • Work with the project manager and project team to assess clients' training needs and update and refine current training materials.
  • Participate in monitoring issues or escalations related to the project and develop response strategies and actions to resolve issues.
  • Other duties as required.
  • Required Competencies:

  • Superior speaking, writing and presentation skills are required.
  • Experience developing and presenting training materials in an adult classroom.
  • Experience in instructional design, including curriculum development, creation of course materials, and formulation of exercises for online and instructor-led learning approaches.
  • High level of problem solving and deductive skills.
  • Must adapt to varied situations and be versatile during complex implementations with varied priorities and objectives.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with educational models and principles, such as ADDIE, is a plus
  • Previous experience with Authoring Tools (i.e. Artculate, Camtasia, Captivate etc. ) and preference for candidates who have experience with digital adoption platforms or methodologies.
  • Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bilingual - French and English
  • BSc or higher degree in a clinical field preferably
  • Workflow experience in the Quebec market
  • Healthcare workflow expertise, depending on product line or modules, with proficiency in at least one major module or product line.
  • Previous experience in the installation of health information systems, preferably with a solid working knowledge of hospital operations.
