    Gill College Avenue Job Family Group:

    Wealth Sales & Service Promotes and sells Life and living benefit insurance products by contacting prospects by phone and supporting inbound calls.

    Drives sales growth and meets individual targets. Provides superior client experience and service.
    Provides advice and guidance to assigned business/group on implementation of solutions.

    Applies for and/or maintains life insurance and accident & sickness insurance licenses; satisfies Continuing Education and Errors and Omissions Insurance requirements, as directed.

    Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
    Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
    Ensures all legal and compliance issues related to sales are met.
    Supports the achievement of the business plan.
    Supports the delivery of the desired client experience to enhance business opportunities.
    Adheres to all legal and compliance requirements in the course of conducting business activities.
    Completes necessary administrative functions, as assigned (sales reports, follow up on pending business, etc.).

    Typically between - 5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Bilingualism French and English
    Life License Qualification Program (LLQP)
    Experience in life-insurance selling
    Working knowledge of life insurance products; life insurance product application; life insurance law, compliance and regulations.

    This position requires proficiency in English to interact, support and/or provide services to non-French speaking customers, employees and/or partners inside and/or outside the province of Quebec.

    Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
