PLATO has offices on or near Indigenous communities across Canada, in Fredericton, Miramichi, Sault Ste Marie, Regina, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, and Victoria.

We are currently looking for Project Managers for our Regina and Calgary-based customers. Responsibilities will include coordinating and completing projects on time, within budget, and scope. You will oversee all aspects of projects including managing deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing the progress of projects.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress

Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial reviews

Coordinate resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

Create and maintain required project documentation

What you'll need

Qualifications

Proven working experience in project management

Excellent client-facing communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE II certification, Scrum certification

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
