    Position: Change Manager
    Location: Fredericton, NB
    Duration: Months Contract + Possible Extension

    Job Description:
    Responsibilities:
  • Has proven experience in Change Management and in the development of change management programs
  • Has proven experience in the development of training and communication plans
  • Has experience in the delivery of a Benefits Evaluation Strategy and Plan
  • Has experience facilitating workshops
  • Has experience in presenting to Senior Management levels
  • Identifies and assesses change impacts to the organizations business processes and technology solutions
  • Analyses and evaluates each alternative based on business and technical impact and cost/benefit considerations, and proposes, justifies, plans and costs the implementation of the selected alternative.
  • Engages stakeholders in contributing to effective change
  • Develops and/or implements a change management process and tools
  • Plans, directs and controls the activities of the change management team within scheduled time and cost parameters
  • Supervision:
  • May work independently or under the general supervision of a Project Manager or Program Director.
  • The Change Manager provides work leadership to business owners and reports project related changes to the Project Manager
    • Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Communications, Public relations, Journalism, or a related field with a minimum of five years of related work experience
  • or
  • a two-year college diploma in Communications, Public relations, Journalism, or a related field with seven years of related work experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in French and English.
  • A minimum of five years of demonstrated and verifiable experience in the development of change management plans and implementation of those plans on medium to large transformational projects with diverse stakeholders.
  • Recent demonstrated experience (in the last four years) in a Change Management role for projects of similar complexity. Scoring will be based on the breadth and depth of experience.
  • Recent demonstrated experience (in the last four years) in supporting change management in information systems specific to government service delivery agencies.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting change management in Electronic Death Registration projects or converting paper forms to online forms for Vital Statistics.
  • A minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in the development of communication management plans and implementation of those plans in diverse groups of audiences.
  • A minimum of two years of demonstrated and verifiable experience developing training materials and conducting training sessions for a diverse group of trainees through both in-person and virtual training.
