- Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for parts and aftermarket products within the assigned territory.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- New Business Development: Identify and target new clients within the territory, effectively communicating the value proposition of our aftermarket products and services.
- Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our HVAC equipment and parts to effectively advise clients on the selection and usage of aftermarket products.
- Quoting and Proposal Generation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals for aftermarket products and services, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Order Processing and Fulfillment: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery of products, and exceptional customer service.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using the company's CRM system.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in aftermarket sales, preferably within the HVAC industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand HVAC equipment and parts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools
