    Description

    Our food manufacturing client in Windsor-Essex, ON region is looking for the Recruitment and Training Coordinator for their facility.

    Shift - Days Responsibilities
    • Organize and schedule training sessions, ensuring the availability of necessary resources and facilities.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials and content.
    • Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of training programs, offering recommendations for enhancement.
    • Devise strategies to boost digital and social media engagement, attracting potential candidates.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with universities and other talent sources.
    • Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires, ensuring a positive experience.
    • Conduct orientation sessions, providing information on company policies and culture.
    • Coordinate with various departments to equip new employees with essential tools and resources.
    • Collaborate with managers to identify opportunities for employee development and career advancement.
    • Implement and oversee mentorship programs to encourage employee growth and engagement.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and training.
    Qualifications
    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Demonstrate proven experience in talent acquisition and training coordination.
    • Background or experience in a media-related field is advantageous.
    • Proficient in integrating multimedia and interactive technologies to enhance training and engagement experiences.
    • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities.
