- Provide technical escalation management from business resources, including answering questions, resolving ambiguities or issues, and validate the solution
- Provide next-level support on complex integration issues and defects that require research and investigation
- Relies heavily on resources within the client solutions team to validate solution designs, provide feedback and answer questions
- Bachelor's degree required; or equivalent work experience
- More than 2 years of proven experience working in in IT/ project management on large scale enterprise initiatives ie government; large retail, etc
- 1+ year of programming experience would be a strong asset *PHP, .Net, Java, JavaScript, JSON, HTML
- Proficient in reviewing, analyzing, writing, and maintaining documentation.

Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity
This position is accountable to the Manager, Client Consultants. The purpose of the role is to maintain the relationship with clients to provide sales engineering, integration, and certification support for Moneris clients, including project management of integration projects.
Location: You will be work from either our Toronto, Burnaby, Montreal or Sackville office in a Hybrid work model.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Manager, Client Consulting
Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000
