Reinforces target agile behaviors
Facilitates the adoption of agile principles & practices
Helps educate the squad on Agile practices and identifies Agile Team improvement opportunities
Facilitates and actively participates in Agile events, workshops and townhalls
Identifies obstacles to team/s performance; Collaborates with software engineers, platform engineers, Product Owners, and engineering leadership to uncover pain points and opportunities to accelerate the delivery of new value through software
At least 7 + years with experience as a Scrum Master delivering complex technology solutions
Strong working knowledge of key aspects of agile coaching and facilitation
Staying abreast of developments in own technical discipline and able to recognize and translate these to own working environment
Knowledge of Agile planning and tracking tools
able to effectively articulate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes
Own, investigate and lead members of the agile team through sprints and resolve issues
Facilitate, track and monitor project roadmaps and release plan
Ensure project compliance with relevant governance
Build consensus and facilitate discussion with related stakeholders, business partners and IT development teams
Host Scrum ceremonies and serve the team to achieve the sprint goal and continues to improve
Facilitate and work with QA Team to define test strategy, construct test plan and manage testing team on test execution to ensure the end product meets the business objectives
Agile methodology certifications (CSM, CSPO, SAFe, etc)
Working knowledge of business intelligence, business process, and/or correspondence management platforms and integrating systems via API/web services.
