    Our operations include approximately 150 mining and metallurgical sites and agricultural oil facilities supported by a global network. Our operations include 6 industrial sites including smelters, refineries and recycling facilities.

    The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant brings HR business process knowledge with proficiency and experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions. The person will work closely with HR Business, delivering changes, training, and system fixes.
    Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance) and/or SAP ECC Time Management or Payroll to meet specific business requirements.
    Delivering reports and enhance standard SAP or SuccessFactors functionality.
    Developing and deliver training materials to facilitate user adoption and proficiency.


    Skills:
    A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Information Techologies.

    Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) configuring and administering SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g Employee Central, Payroll, Recruitment, Time Management).Effective communication, presentation and training skills.

    Proficiency in MS Office suite.
    SAP SuccessFactors certification a plus.


    Languages:
    French and English (proficiency required)

    Travel:
    Regional and worldwide travel may be required.
    Flexible working hours.
