    Description
    Allied is looking for a User Experience Partner to join our team in Vancouver.

    In the role of User Experience Partner, you will assist in cultivating an engaging user experience for our tenants.

    This, in turn, allows Allied to bring to life our mission to provide knowledge-based organizations with urban environments that foster creativity and connectivity.

    Assist in the management of all users, dealing with day-to-day questions and concerns, including billing issues, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), vendor purchase orders (PO), lease administration, user requests, service amenities and telecommunications, among others.

    Maintain, track and report on service contracts and fee schedules.
    Manage parking processes including parking agreements, maintain tracker, ensuring compliance and resolving issues.
    Assist with the development of asset plans.
    Assist with the day-to-day management of properties and coordination of vendor work.

    Liaise with Technical Services team members to ensure user concerns are addressed in a timely manner and service levels are maintained.

    Collaborate on user appreciation ideas and events, waste reduction initiatives and tenant survey requirements.
    Assist Property teams with user focused communications, projects and programs.
    At least 2 years' customer service, hospitality or administrative experience.
    Previous Yardi experience an asset.
    Strong computer skills with excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
