    INTERMEDIATE OR SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST

    LEMAYMICHAUD is a team of a hundred architecture and design professionals, working in three different offices (Ottawa, Quebec, Montreal) and united by the common passion of building and giving life to projects of excellence by creating universes where architecture and design coexist and interact to leave a strong impression and to touch people.

    ~ You will participate in all phases of our projects by being responsible for the production and writing of technical documents for projects of various types and sizes. Multi-residential, urban, hotels, spas, institutional, industrial...Perform surveys
    Solve technical problems
    Ensure that projects adhere to the contract documents and the building and safety codes
    Coordinate the work of different disciplines (mechanical, electrical, structural)
    Collaborate in the coordination and management of construction and site administration documents
    Make site visits and liaise with construction managers, owners representatives, general contractors and their sub-trades

    College diploma in architecture technology.
    ~Good knowledge and use of Revit is required.
    ~ Written and spoken English and French proficiency.
