    We are currently seeking a fully bilingual and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator This is a fully in office position where you will play a crucial role in supporting our Project Management team and ensuring the smooth administrative flow of projects from initiation to completion. This involves scheduling resources, coordinating and communicating with clients, suppliers, carriers, & internal REMC staff. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, demonstrate initiative, and feels comfortable working with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    Please Note:

    • This is an in-office position, Monday - Friday.
    • The salary offer will be tailored to your qualifications and demonstrated skills.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Bilingual in English and French (advanced proficiency level)
    • 1-2 years experience in project admin/coordination
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on attention to detail
    • Ability to work in office, Monday - Friday
    • Valid drivers license and reliable form of transportation (no bus route to our location)
    • Police check and ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance with the Government of Canada
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively
    • Motivated self-starter
    • Problem-solver

    • Microsoft Project
    • Working on construction projects
    • Working with Engineers
    • Understanding and reading architectural drawings
    • Ability and want to gain technical knowledge
    • Project coordination experience
    • Procurement
    • Shipping/receiving
