    Sales Director, Personal Health (GTA Remote-Based)

    Job Description

    This is a key leadership role responsible for owning the planning and execution of our Annual Operating (AOP) and Long Term (SPOR) plans. The Sales Director plays a pivotal role on the Canadian Leadership team and supports the growth and development of 5 direct reports and leads a team of 14 Account Managers. This role reports to the General Manager & Commercial Leader of Canada.

    Your role:

    • Develop clear and achievable strategies, objectives and tactical plans based on segmentation, customer needs / customer centricity and market conditions synchronized with the Market objectives
    • Manages the sales function in the Zone in order to maximize sales, volumes and revenues for assigned portfolio
    • Establishes key sales commercial and operations plans including processes and strategies for: business planning, forecasting, trade management, Daily Management (KPI's) and other growth opportunities
    • You are a natural leader that will strongly influence our organizational culture

    You're the right fit if:

    • 10 years business experience, preferably in CPG, with experience partnering with Canada's Leading customers
    • Strong influencing and communication skills
    • Track record of developing and executing growth strategies
    • A change leader
