    Are you ready to embark on an exhilarating journey with one of the world's most beloved brands? Ferrero is on the lookout for a dynamic Project Manager, Premium Chocolate (Maternity Leave Contract) to join our passionate team.

    As the Project Manager, Premium Chocolate (Maternity Leave Contract) at Ferrero, you'll be at the heart of innovation, collaborating closely with our Brand Teams and various functional areas to bring exciting new products to market.     Your days will be filled with excitement and purpose as you orchestrate the development and delivery of groundbreaking innovations. From issuing timelines to ensuring major milestones are met, your role will be instrumental in driving our New Product Development Process forward.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Input new product briefs and monitor project timelines with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
    • Lead weekly cross functional Marketing Operations Meetings and monitor key deliverables of project timelines
    • Work closely with the Packaging Development Team on packaging development of primary and secondary packs and displays
    • Work cross functionally with teams to secure the required costing inputs for P&L development of new projects
    • Manage Ferrero's database by ensuring new products are entered in a timely manner and by deactivating discontinued items
    • Ensure Planogram Images (Everyday) and Marketing Images (Seasonal) are present and current within database
    • Create and maintain spec sheets; complete sales SKU readiness documentation

    Who we are looking for:

    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • 4+ years of experience in consumer-packaged goods
    • Understanding of Supply Chain systems and SAP
    • Knowledge of Sales & Marketing strategies
    • Project Management experience and skills
    • Accuracy, thoroughness, and keen attention to detail
    • Passion, energy, and drive
    • Ability to set and achieve goals, while being able to lead and influence others
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Apps (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
