    We're a customer-driven and product-minded team within B2B Digital Transformation at TELUS, responsible for our company's value chain evolution. We simplify systems and automate processes so that Sales and Operations teams can focus on what matters most, our Customers.

    Our B2B Digital Transformation team's mission is to make life easier for our Customers and for our team. We build and enhance the SaaS platforms that support our value chains and customer journeys - from Leads to Opportunities, from Contracts to Orders, from Fulfillment to Billing, all the way to Day 2 support and Assurance - and that are used every day by thousands of TELUS team members nationally, across multiple functions.

    Our team includes a passionate group of strategists, business consultants, product owners, and program managers. We work closely with partners across the organization to design, build, and implement meaningful system enhancements that drive value for the organization.

    Join our team

    We are looking for a passionate leader to join our B2B Digital Transformation Team as Manager, Information Services and lead the strategy and roadmap for our ServiceNow platform, transforming how our teams operate today. Your team will manage a $10M capital portfolio working closely with all business teams to understand customer, operation, and assurance needs to build and align an integrated systems evolution roadmap. This is an extremely satisfying, yet challenging, opportunity to positively impact the daily activities of thousands of team members and through them improve the customer experience for all of our customers.

    The role provides a high degree of interaction with senior leaders in the organization where you will be expected to lead conversations on future investments, tradeoffs, risks and performance of the portfolio against our commitments in one of the most exciting periods of our journey.

    • Leverage capital portfolio to establish and enhance user experience by establishing standards that increase automation, reduce effort, improve quality, and shorten the launch cycle of new products to the platforms

    Qualifications

    Great-to-haves

    • University degree and/or equivalent combination of experience and education
    • Agile, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma certification
    • PMP certification
    • Bilingual (English/French)
