- Solicit, research and qualify sales opportunities
- Seek out and identify growth opportunities beyond the initial acquisition stage of the journey, including retention, cross sell, and win-back tactics.
- Develops productive business relationships with current and prospective customers that build individual customer trust and confidence in the brand
- Ability to understand customer needs and concerns to help them get the job done and win their business
- Manage and maintain customer segment accounts, while increasing customer awareness through our product and service offering
- Support new and repeat sales by providing technical and logistical information in a timely and professional manner to explore for opportunities to increase revenue
- Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific solutions
- Successfully develops relationships and works collaboratively with internal departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing solutions to grow account base
- Support new and repeat sales by providing technical and logistical information in a timely and professional manner to explore for opportunities to increase revenue
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in a similar role
- Experience in the Apparel Industry is a definite asset
- Experience using B2B Ecommerce Platforms, especially NuOrder, an asset
- Able to build customer relationships - building trust and credibility quickly with prospective customers
- Self‐starter, team player, strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with tact and diplomacy throughout all levels of the organization
- Strong technical skills and high learning agility
- Organizes work and information in a well thought out manner to deliver on specific tasks and milestones to meet deadlines
- Exhibits high levels of energy and perseverance on the pursuit of established goals
- Able to travel within Canada and Internationally when required
