    Description

    Assisting in the development of annual business plans for Benefits teams which including outcomes, success measures, and key performance metrics.

    Managing team relationships and individual performance, coaching, and assisting with the recruitment of all staff. Leading system testing initiatives, annual benefit campaigns, and other required projects. Developing and executing reports to ensure data integrity and accuracy of data. Participating in the strategic development and planning for both short and long terms plans within HR Shared Services. Evaluating and providing input into policies, procedures, business processes, employee handbooks, and training manuals as they pertain to pension.

    Collaborating on the implementation of terms and conditions of employment and collective agreement updates for all HR systems and processes.


    Unit and Program:
    Eligible to work remotely within Alberta

    Employee Class:
    Regular Full Time
    Hours per Shift: 7.

    Length of Shift in weeks:
    Shifts per cycle: 10

    Shift Pattern:

    Days Off:
    Saturday/Sunday

    Bachelor Degree in Human Resources (or a related discipline), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Chartered Professional Human Resources (CPHR), Group Benefits Associate (GBA), or Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) certification.

    Expertise in public sector HR administration, project management, business process improvement, or quality assurance.
