- Handle inbound phone traffic for service department.
- Work with a positive and professional attitude and communicate effectively and efficiently with customers.
- Coordinate and direct service technicians.
- Prepare work orders (opening, updating, and closing).
- Assist shipping and receiving with unloading trucks and ensuring merchandise received matches delivery documentation.
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards.
- Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing requests, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer.
- Assist in counting of physical inventory.
- Ensure accurate and real-time statuses on all work being performed in the shop at any given time.
- Follow-up on jobs internally; coordinating with Parts Department to ensure efficient turnaround times or with Sales regarding scheduling.
- Parts deliveries as required.
- Create quotations for service, as required.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Extremely detailed and well-organized individual.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt in high pressure situations.
- Self-motivated and disciplined to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong computer skills, with intermediate abilities in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Must have had a minimum of 3+ years in a coordination role, preferably in the service and repair industry.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

Location: Guelph, Ontario
Reports into: Director of Operations and/or their designate
* This is not a remote position - You are required to be on-site every day.
Over the past 33 years, Reefer Sales has become the leading provider of temperature-managed transportation hardware, equipment, service and support across North America. We are currently looking for a Parts & Service Coordinator to grow in our Guelph Service shop.
About You:
You are a highly driven and motivated individual with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment, logistics, transportation and culture, with the objective of delivering premium service experience in an established market presence that reflects our company's core values: Family, Loyalty, Integrity and Quality.
You possess exemplary interpersonal skills, pride yourself on your ability to provide exceptional service and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
Job Summary:
Applicants must be available to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, between the hours of 7:30am to 4:00pm.
Requirements:
Important: This position may require some overtime work during busy periods.
