    Position: Change Management Consultant
    Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
    Duration: Business Days

    Job Description:
    Change Management Experience and Qualifications:
  • + years providing Change Management services for client facing projects
  • Experience with developing change management strategies and plans including developing change management artifacts such as change impact assessments, communication strategies and drafting stakeholder communication and engagement as well as collecting user feedback
  • Experience in executing Change Management in accordance with change management strategies and plans
  • Preference for a designation in change management such as PROSCI
    • Technical Knowledge:
  • Demonstrated experience with developing engaging communication materials such as emails, posters, videos and presentation
  • Strong leadership, facilitation and consultative skills to collaborate with stakeholders to identify client needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills include excellent oral and written communication
    • Tools and process:
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with change management frameworks (, PROSCI, etc.)
  • Basic project management skills to develop, implement and monitor change management plans
    • Must Have Requirements:
  • A lot of experience with providing Change Management services for client facing projects
