    Adjointe au recrutement
    1 an+ | Centre-ville de Montréal (hybride)

    Tu souhaites rejoindre une équipe jeune et dynamique ? Travailler auprès de recruteurs chevronnés, au sein d'un milieu dynamique, casual et respectueux ? Tu as de l'expérience en administration ou en RH ? ce poste est pour toi

    Notre équipe de recrutement juridique et RH est à la recherche d'un.e adjoint.e au recrutement

    Votre quotidien :

    • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la responsable de la division RH et juridique;
    • Apporter un support pour l'ouverture de mandats et la préparation des affichages;
    • Préparer les CV pour envoi au client;
    • Recherche de candidats sur différentes plateformes de recrutement (LinkedIn, Indeed, Jobillico...);
    • Tri des CV reçus;
    • Compléter les vérifications nécessaires auprès de notre fournisseur de services (vérification des antécédents et dossier de crédit au besoin);
    • Prise de références ;
    • Procéder à l'affichage des posts sur LinkedIn en fonction de la stratégie publicitaire;
    • Assurer la tenue des dossiers des candidats;
    • Entrée de données dans le logiciel CRM;
    • Planifier les rencontres entre les recruteurs, les candidats et les employeurs;
    • Apporter son support lors de divers évènements et aider à leur planification, tant au niveau de la visibilité que du matériel promotionnel.

    Profil recherché :

    • Avoir complété des études en bureautique;
    • Détenir un minimum d'une année d'expérience en administration ou dans un rôle similaire (atout);
    • Maitriser la langue française, anglais atout;
    • Maitriser les logiciels de la suite Office;
    • Faire preuve de minutie, d'organisation et de discrétion;
    • Détenir de solides compétences interpersonnelles.
