    Implement assigned call center projects; Build on project management to design and develop protocols, process flows and database enhancements; In collaboration with the Associate Operations Manager and the Program Manager, assist in the ongoing evaluation of project strengths, weaknesses and potential areas for improvement; Support the Associate Operation Manager through client clarification requests and pharmacy escalations Produce project related reporting for internal and external clients; Daily and on-going client project communications; Be available between the hours of 8:00AM to 8:00PM, with the ability to maintain flexible working hours.

    The Senior Program Coordinator will also be assigned other duties and tasks as required from time to time. Health care background an asset; Minimum 2 years' experience in project management; Experience managing personnel; Experience in reimbursement considered an asset; Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Ability to strategically analyze data and performance; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently Excellent presentation skills Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office Programs What Cencora offers
