    Description

    TrustedQA (TQA) is seeking a Configuration Manager (CM) to join our Air Force DCGS team at Joint Base Langley Eustis in Hampton, VA. The CM will develop, review, and maintain a configuration management plan, provide guidance and leadership in all aspects of config management, and oversee software tracking and releases.
    The CM will carry out special projects and assignments in the development of software and solutions to be used by higher-level computer scientists, contractors and/or customers. The CM will provide configuration control, manage the baseline configuration of the platforms, systems, and subsystems, and will apply Configuration Management techniques that establish and maintain the integrity of the system throughout the project's lifecycle. Additional responsibilities include identifying and documenting Configuration Item (CI) structures, establishing, updating, and maintaining a CM Database Management Plan (CMDB), conducting CAB meetings, and performing audits of change management processes and records. Position requires a TS/SCI clearance for consideration.

    We are interested in speaking to candidates with the following background:
    • 3+ years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree
    • Experience creating/modifying/maintaining/deleting Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
    • Experience managing internal and external Domain Name Service (DNS); modifying DNS records and Active Directory sites and services
    • Experience providing Tier 3 troubleshooting for Active Directory and Replication issues.

Pay Range: The target salary for this role is $105,000 USD – $120,000 USD; however, TQA considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications. As a federal contractor, TQA is subject to all federal mandates and/or other customer requirements.
