    Director, Accounts Sales - Ontario, Canada - Dandurand Group

    Description
    The On-Premise Field Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with customers to support the growth of the Dandurand Group's business (wine & spirits) in the On-Premise channel.*This position is based in the Greater Toronto Area.
    • ResponsibilitiesManages and motivates a team of On-Premise field sales professionals for wine and spiritsImplements operational plans for sales and distribution of Dandurand Group's portfolio in the On-Premise channelMonitors and analyzes sales performance and tracks KPI's, adjusting tactics where needed to achieve planned targetsDevelops and maintains relationships with key regional account partnersSpends time in field coaching and developing their sales teamTracks, ranks and publishes resultsCreates quarterly launch presentations communicating important priorities and ensure supporting tools are in placeResponsibly manages an A&P budget to invest with customersMonitors and reviews expense reports to effectively manage the T&E budgetOversees development and implementation of activations (promotions, tastings, product visibility, etc.) with customersIdentifies new business opportunities and works with the National Director of Luxury & On-Premise Director to build business cases for approvalEducation & Experiences Bachelor's degree in business administrationMaster's degree in business administration is an asset.7 years Consumer Packaged Goods experience with Beverage AlcoholA minimum of 3 years experience in the On-Premise channel of the Beverage Alcohol IndustryA minimum of 3 years of Sales management experience leading high performing teamsQualificationsCommunicating effectivelyAccepting and building accountabilityBuilding value based relationshipsInitiating actionsNegotiatingPlanning & OrganizingAnalytical CapabilitiesAdaptabilityExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM.
