    Description

    They have knack for establishing rapport and building relationships right from the moment the guests and members walk through the door.

    They ensure everyone is greeted immediately upon entry and is seated in a timely manner.


    You're Approachable:

    You're on a first name basis with members, guests and teammates and it's common for them to stop for a quick chat when they see you bustling about.


    You're Flexible:
    You can roll with the punches and positively adapt to change. You're like Gumby and can remain flexible with working long hours, early mornings, evening and weekends.

    You Can Build Rapport:
    You have a knack for establishing rapport and building relationships.
    Taking Catalyst phone calls, answering menu and beverage inquiries, explaining daily features, supporting take-out orders with kitchen while following all standards
    Support delivery of food and beverage to tables during peak business hours
    Using restaurant POS system to submit take-out orders
    Minimum of 1 years' experience in a quick-service environment an asset
    Proficient computer skills including but not limited to: POS, inventory software, Excel and Word
    Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs

    Post-secondary education relating to the health and fitness industry and additional certifications or workshops relating to customer service are an asset.

    All team members must provide a recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work
    Experience in a new restaurant opening considered an asset
    Food Safety Course, Smart Serve, and W.M.I.S. prior to hire considered an asset
    Complete training and development package
