    Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, Sia Partners souhaite recruter en VIE un Junior Solutions & Knowledge Manager pour son bureau de Montréal.

    En qualité de VIE et rattaché(e) au Global Chief Solutions Officer, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :

  • Coordination globale de 40 Teams (en lien avec 70+ Partners et le département Talent Development)
  • Préparation de comités / conférences (en coordination avec les Team Leaders)
  • Assistance aux Team Leaders dans la définition de leurs squads (production de solutions/IP) et chapters (production de contenus de formation), suivi du cadrage des squads / chapters des Teams, monitoring / suivi de l'ensemble des solutions produites et de leur processus de création, validation des budgets / temps alloués, identification de sujets manquants, identification de potentielles nouvelles Teams, etc.)
  • Reporting et suivi des KPI
  • Contrôle qualité des solution/IP produites
  • Mise à disposition des solutions/IP pour tous les consultants du groupe via nos outils collaboratifs de Knowledge Management
  • Animation des communautés des Teams
  • Coordination globale avec les représentants des différents marchés
  • Contrôle continu (des règles mises en place)

    • Vous serez également en charge - suite au déploiement de ce nouveau modèle - de l'amélioration / optimisation constante et continue du processus global, en intervenant notamment sur les points suivants :

  • Définition/mise en œuvre de méthodologies sur mesure afin d'améliorer le développement de nouvelles solutions go-to-market
  • Animation / communication autour des nouvelles solutions produites, auprès de la Direction, et des représentants marchés
  • Coordination / suivi avec les autres départements (IT, Finance, BD & Knowledge Management, Talent Development, etc.) afin d'améliorer les fonctionnalités déjà mises en place

    • Qualifications

    Diplômé(e) d'une Ecole d'Ingénieur ou de commerce, vous avez idéalement 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans le conseil ou dans un environnement agile. Une première expérience en Knowledge Management dans un contexte multinational et/ou dans le développement de nouveaux produits ou de gestion de l'innovation est un plus.

    Vous avez obligatoirement un niveau d'anglais courant.
