    The full stack IT Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing the company's software, hardware, and networks.

    This individual will have advanced skills in scripting and automation for continuous improvement of system efficiency and reliability.

    This role will also be instrumental in providing troubleshooting support, managing service and network configurations, as well as helpdesk support and providing high-level technical support to all end users.


    Education, Licenses & Certifications:
    ~ Post secondary education or degree in Computer Science,
    ~ Information Systems, or related field
    ~ CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, MCSE) is an assetExperience:
    ~7-9 years of experience in systems administration or network
    ~ Experience with server virtualization, cloud services, and IT security measures
    ~ Experience within an architectural office setting is an asset

    Install and configure software and hardware.
    Manage network servers and technology tools.
    Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
    Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
    Field incoming help requests from end users.
    Record, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process.
    Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
    Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
    Manage user accounts and access controls.
    Author IT knowledge base articles to assist end users with self-solutions to problem solve.

    May be required to provide support or assist with various tasks at various skills levels as may be required for project and / or firm success.

    Advanced understanding of network management
    Advanced understanding of computer software
    Advanced understanding of computer hardware
    Advanced understanding of principals of IT support and customer service
    Advanced understanding of IT security best practices
    Advanced understanding of data backup, recovery, and security solutions.
    Microsoft Office
    Helpdesk ticketing systems
    Network services and architecture
