Ensure work space and office conditions maintain clean, professional appearance.
Maintain databases to ensure accurate customer, vendor information is entered and current
Create customer inventory activity reports
Create and distribute daily warehouse reports of material to ship.
Assess customer needs, answer incoming calls and address complaints
Schedule all inbound and outbound truck and rail activities within the system(s).
Coordinate and communicate with warehouse employees, other departments and divisions.
Record incidents, accidents, service failures, claims.
Participate in cross training and continuing education functions as needed to stay informed with company and industry trends, or as requested by management.
Associate degree in related field is preferred.Must be literate in Microsoft Office software programs and be able to type a minimum of 35 works per minute
This is an in-office role based in Vernon, CA.
