    6 month Term AMI Project Coordinator (U24-138)

    Under the general direction of the Senior Manager AMI Systems, the AMI Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring compliance with project delivery and governance frameworks and assisting all AMI Project Delivery resources with the project delivery process.

    The AMI Project Coordinator ensures compliance is followed and supports project teams in the understanding and efficient use of the AMI and IT PMO processes.

    The AMI Project Coordinator will support the AMI Project maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, and budgets.

    Review project management deliverables as per the Project Checklist for completeness and adherence to compliance and collaborate with the Project Leaders and Project Teams to resolve deficiencies.



    • Provide technical support for IT and AMI Vendor applications including but not limited ticketing, SLA tracking, and Open Sales Orders.
    • Support users by creating, organizing and maintaining project sites and by reviewing project artifacts.
    • Assist in ongoing continuous improvement of the AMI Project Tools and Templates, including gathering feedback, scheduling, researching, and updating templates.
    • Research industry standard best practices for continual maturity of project delivery governance.
    • Monitor and maintain project specific systems and documentation, and communicate issues and risks with Stakeholders.
    • Participate in the analysis, improvement, and development of AMI Project Governance & Methodologies.
    • Participate in the analysis and development of KPI reporting and project audits to meet corporate goals.
    • Provide analysis of project schedules, including updating tracking systems and project governance documentation.
    • Compare project budgets to SAP cost reports ensuring completeness and accuracy of the project costs and investigate discrepancies if required.
    • Respond to internal stakeholder inquiries and provide project updates.
    • Coordinate project close reporting by providing analysis of actual costs compared to estimates.
    • Provide analysis of actual schedules to project baseline.
    • Communicate clearly with various delivery teams to assist with project plans.
    • Special projects and other duties as assigned.
    Ability to apply judgment in determining appropriate procedures and requirements for AMI Project.


    • Basic understanding of AMI and IT Project delivery and management.
    • General knowledge of terminology related to project management policies, methodologies, and procedures.
    • Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, MS Project, MS Viso, and SAP.
    • Knowledge of Testing and Project Management tools
    • Customer service focus supported by solid organizational and time management skills to support the prioritization of numerous projects and competing demands.
    • A Degree or Diploma in Business, Commerce, Finance, Engineering or Computer Science, plus a minimum of 3 years of experience is required, including at least two (2) years of experience supporting IT or technology-related project implementations is required.
    • An accredited certificate or professional designation in Project Management would be considered an asset.
    • An accredited certificate or professional designation in Business Analysis would be considered an asset.
