    Description

    HouR client, a tech-forward digital performance agency recognized for its excellence, is searching for a Technical Project Manager (Product Owner) .

    The ideal candidate should possess robust problem-solving and analytical abilities, take charge of project timelines, proactively address issues, and oversee the advancement of cutting-edge technology.

    We seek a Technical Project Manager(Product Owner) who can swiftly evaluate challenges, creatively devise alternative solutions, contribute innovative ideas, and maintain a keen attention to detail.

    Our client is a dynamic and innovative agency specializing in technical projects encompassing web application development, digital marketing, and mobile development.

    With a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions, they pride themselves on exceeding client expectations and driving success in the digital space.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing technical projects, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

    The role requires a deep understanding of web application development, digital marketing, and mobile development.


    Project Leadership:
    Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget adherence.
    Drive project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases
    Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including developers, designers, and marketing specialists, to ensure seamless project execution.
    Engage with external clients, understanding their goals and expectations and translating them into actionable project plans.


    Scrum Management:
    Facilitate and lead agile/scrum methodologies, ensuring efficient and effective development processes.
    Conduct regular scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to optimize team performance.


    Technical Expertise:
    Possess a deep understanding of web application development, digital marketing, and mobile development technologies.
    Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.


    Client Relationship Management:

    Risk Management:
    Identify potential project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
    Troubleshoot and resolve project issues promptly.
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
    Proven experience (3+ years) as a Technical Project Manager or Product Owner in an agency setting.
    Previous or current hands on experience in software development and or coding is preferred
    Strong understanding of web application development and mobile development.
    Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
    Proficient in agile/scrum methodologies.
