- Sales and Operations Manager
- Manage and collaborate with brokers in Canada and the USA to meet sales targets and grow revenue
- Track monthly sales and UPSPW (units per store per week) at key accounts to ensure key accounts are meeting sales target
- Maintain and build new relationships with buyers at key accounts
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and grow store count
- Maintain monthly sales reporting
- Ensure promo calendar is executed
- Collaborate with marketing manager to plan demos and marketing activations
- Complete administrative sales tasks
- Proven sales experience in the grocery industry is a must
- Operations and logistics experience in the grocery industry is a must
- You have extensive experience using technology platforms such as QuickBooks, Excel and Google Drive
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic recommendations
- Results-driven and able to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- You are self-motivated, proactive, and responsive
- You pay extremely close attention to detail, are organized and enjoy maintaining operational processes
- Willing to travel for trade shows and other important events

Sales and Operations Manager - Canada - Eve's Crackers

Your role will be an integral part of our strategy execution and company growth goals. On the sales side you will work with and manage brokers in Canada and the USA to meet sales targets and pursue new sales opportunities. Operationally, you will manage our relationship with our co-manufacturer, vendors and 3PLs and monitor inventory to ensure efficient order fulfillment. You will organize shipping and logistics for order fulfillment and handle operational issues as they arise. You will be expected to maintain a high standard of operational reporting. We're looking for someone with prior experience in the grocery industry that is excited to build our CPG brand and get Eve's Crackers into more hands across North America. This person understands the critical role of effective operations and closely managed sales in realizing our vision.
Location:
Squamish or lower mainland. The role is remote and you will be working from home.
September 1st, 2024Position: Full-time. Initially this role will be a maternity leave cover with the vision of keeping this hire within the company after the maternity leave period is over (12 months). We are a growing company and envision that the person who fills this role will grow with us.Salary: $75,000 base + performance incentives. Incentives will be based on revenue and operations goals.Sales Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in production, logistics, and inventory management. Fulfill purchase orders in Canada and the US. Invoice for purchase orders. Implement and maintain operational procedures to improve productivity. Work with 3PL partners to ensure smooth operations and timely, cost-effective fulfillment. Communicate with co-manufacturer and order inventory. Monitor inventory levels of packaging and reorder when necessary. Resolve operational issues as they arise. Assist in managing e-commerce fulfillment partner to ensure e-com orders are filled efficiently. Maintain high levels of process management and reporting.
