    About the role

    We're looking for an Administrative Support II to join our growing team

    What you'll do here:

    • Coordinate and convert documentation and communications to a digital platform, ensuring high accuracy of work while meeting tight deadlines
    • Contribute to the communication, change management, and collaboration needs of initiatives
    • Coordinating with corporate specialists to deploy guideline updates
    • Coordinating with the translation department when required and support translations
    • Contribute to the review of processes and suggest improvements (including the development of guideline dictionaries)
    • Contribution to the management of Intact Doc including coordinating updates and alignment of Intact Doc standards (structure, translation, harmonisation)
    • Promptly review and respond to all inquiries effectively and in a timely manner, asking questions as required
    • Shares responsibility for the overall performance, productivity, and engagement of team members within the Digital Underwriting Team
    • Prepare presentations and present effectively as required
    • Work on national projects and other initiatives as required

    ​What you bring to the table:

    • Minimum of two (2) years experience in office services or a comparable role
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to navigate through multiple systems
    • Bilingualism in written and verbal communication is required
    • Basic programming knowledge in XML, HTML, or InDesign is preferred
    • Highly organized and capable of managing workflow and tasks effectively
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
    • Flexible and able to take direction

    Salary of the successful candidate will typically be positioned between the following range, taking into consideration a number of factors including prior experience, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, location and internal equity:

    $41, $61,400.00
