    What your role as an Application Engineer entails:

    • Preparing quotations and proposals for customer inquiries
    • Managing order execution from quotation to final shipment using Business Tools
    • Providing timely follow-ups with customers
    • Offering product recommendations based on specific applications
    • Delivering technical support, equipment selection, and installation assistance to customers
    • Conducting necessary calculations, troubleshooting processes, and analyzing product-related issues
    • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities
    • Maximizing sales by upselling products

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Promoting specific product lines
    • Gathering and maintaining competitive intelligence in target markets
    • Conducting product training for specific offerings
    • Providing customer education through schools and seminars

    Required qualifications and skills:

    • University degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
    • 1-5 years of relevant work experience
    • Ability to think strategically
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and customer-oriented skills
    • Results-driven and a team player
