    Description

    By joining Reliance as a Sales Manager, you'll become an important team member and will be provided with the tools you need to succeed.

    Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
    Provides strategic direction, business planning, and implements measures to ensure success of residential HVAC program
    Direct a sales team of Home Comfort Advisors and ensure they are meeting and exceeding their individual and team objectives
    Accountable for managing the sales budget including profit and loss accountability.
    Direction and motivation of a high performing sales team through effective training and coaching.
    Partner with Service Operations and Installation Teams to maximize opportunities for the service technicians and installers
    Contribute with the development and implementation of effective sales processes for the organization.
    Responsible for developing and executing a local market plan to drive organic lead generation
    Ongoing leadership, training and support
    Business degree or equivalent working experience
    5-10 years of sales and marketing leadership experience
    Excellent communication skills, leadership, training and motivation skills
    high capacity to achieve high level of individual performance and team performance by focusing on targets and objectives
