    Director, Product -for the largest automotive marketplace in Canada.
    In this role, your focus will be on


    About the role:


    Working with the Chief Product Officer, the Sr Director, Product will drive the execution of strategic growth focuses for the business from concept/inception, partnership evaluation, design and development.

    They'll drive, engage and motivate internal and external cross functional teams on execution.


    As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for gaps in product offerings and the innovative mindset to fill them.

    You're a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of product production — from conception through release.

    You may already be a confident leader who has experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve consumer experience and grow market share.


    The candidate needs to be able to see the big picture and strategy, yet possesses the skills to get into the details with the teams and be accountable to lead with excellent executional and communication skills managing efforts across a wide and varied cross functional team.

    What
    You Need:10+ years relevant work experience in software product design and development. Preferably in B2B SaaS.University or post-secondary degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science and/or related disciplineUnderstands how to evaluate a commercial opportunityDemonstrated ability to create and personally drive the execution of plans to help achieve a corporation's goalsExcellent presentation skills to take key business stakeholders through a strategic visionStrong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast- paced environmentCommunicate effectively through written and verbal mediums at all levels of the organizationSome project management expertise with a demonstrated ability to drive projects forward and manage cross functional teams to achieve a taskProven experience working as a product developer in a non-managerial roleAble to network and develop key partnershipsDetailed and results oriented with strong analytical skills
