Description
The North America Content and Services Team is responsible for building LG's Smart TV ecosystem in the US and Canada.
We work with hundreds of partners around the world, all responsible for building premium Living Room experiences for LG's end-users and delivering world-class experiences in streaming, advertising, gaming and beyond.
The Manager of Partner Engagement is responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship of an identified set of partners within our smart TV ecosystem, the successful candidate will need to have a strong understanding of the partners' business, how to work with the partners to develop a set of recommendations and tactics to build acquisition and retention opportunities on the LG Smart TV platform.
The candidate should have a strong background working in either Content Distribution and Direct to Consumer businesses and apply related strategies and tactics to grow our partners business.
Liaise with LG cross-functional teams to amplify partner value to LG customers (Marketing, HQ, Sales, Digital, Engineering, Product Planning).
Work with content partner to understand the end-user lifecycle and gather insight to optimize relationship on LG platforms.Manage business review meetings with associated partners which deliver services within the Canadian market
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
5-7 years of experience in partner, brand or marketing management function within a Content Distribution, Direct to Consumer business, Services based organizations
Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders
Proficient working with data to develop insights for multiple stakeholders
